RS2000 Dash Tacho

I have an RS2000 dash (the one with tacho & speedo) and want to put it in my standard mk2 escort (1600 kent). Does anyone know how to get the tacho working? And where can I get the parts?..

I have a 4 door escort, with a very low sitting front spoiler and im think of making/getting made or buying pre fab side skirts to even everything up. has anyone done this or see it?..

Reverse Switch Snapped

The Reverse switch snapped off today when I was swapping it over. It wasn't even tight. Anyway its broken on the nut section - that has fallen out and the threaded piece is still in the gearbox. I know it will need to be taken out - but the query is can it be done with the gearbox still in the ca..

Painting Carbies ?

Hi all. has anyone had experience with painting carbies. Does it work? Does the fuel effect the paint? What paint did you use? I wan thinking of using Heat proof engine paint on my twin sidies. Just don't want to do it and the paint starts bubbling of or something. P.s. - i loooooove my san..

Failing shock?

I noticed the other day that one of my shocks (Right front)bounces about 2-3 bounces after being pushed down, the other three don't bounce after being pushed down. Is this a sign of the shock on its way out? I want to upgrade the dampening system so what is a possible replacement?..
