32/36 weber jets

Hey guys iv got a 32/36 on my 1600. The jets I got in a rebuilt kit are 135 and 140 and they where way to big. I put smaller ones in and that still wasn't good so I worke it out to be 125 and 130. Do I need to change the air correcter jets accordingly to the main jets? Please help it's pretty urgent..
