Reverse light switch??

Hey guys just got my 4spd box back from reco, and they guys at the box place threw in a reverse light switch, all it is, is the bit that screws in then speratly the wire bit with the little circle metal inside the boot.. how does this attact to the actual switch?? Sorry if it makes no sense, ill ema..

I'm after the rubber boot that fits on the clutch lever, where it comes out of the mk2 gear box.Any ideas where i can get one,also what holds the speedo cable in the g/box Regards James..

Re-packable mufflers any good?

Coil over rust prevention?

Hi all. Having just prepared my struts for coil over and recieved the kit. I have a question. When i weld the sleeve onto the strut there will be at least a margin of bare metal on the strut under the sleeve where the weld is. How do i stop this from rusting in the future? I thought of leaving ..

Condensor screw...

Does anyone know what size it is, on a 1300 with Lucas gear? And also, if the one that used to be on there has fallen down the dizzy, is that a problem? I really should just stop playing with these things..

DIY engine rebuild

To the well seasoned mechanics here,, I've had quotes around $2000-$2400 to do a performance rebuild with my 1600 Kent, that's not including a cam kit. And was wanting an idea how much it would cost to do it myself, and which things would need to be left to the pro's, like machining, honing, bala..
