Who Has Fitted mk2 Drip Moulds Successfully

I am looking for some extra input as to fitting of these, I have bought the after market set and sat in the sun on hot black car to soften it up but with the new ones being wound in a circle, it is not going well. your ideas are helpful..

Lost timing 1600 x flow

I have lost the timing on my xflow if I set number 1 to TDC where should I the rotor point to is there are a mark on the block as a set point?..

Diff Ratio

Hi Guys , this may be a simple question but I am trying to find out what ratio diff I have without removing the centre , I know when out you turn the tailshaft until the crown wheel has done a full circle IE 3.54 to 1 etc When still in the diff is it different Cheers Craig..

Surge tank pumps

Quick question going to run a surge tank in the back for when the sr goes in. If im going to run a bosch 044 to the engine does this mean technicaly the lift pump should also be a 044 otheewise if you were to floor it youd run the surge tank dry? Just thinking out aloud any adivce would be gre..

How the ? do I undo the nuts on the booster bracket

Hey guys im currently doing a manual converstion on my mk2, and just fitting the manual pedal box i have to undo the nuts that hold it in, which also hold the booster bracket on, the nut on the motor side is easy but what about the on on the other side?? Right below the throttle cable? its ride next..
