Quick cam setup help?

Hi all. Can anyone help me with a method to quickly setup the cam timing on the below cam chart. ( i have no experience with cam timing - or a dial gauge) Shouldn't it be as relatively simple as setting the crank at 20deg BTDC as the inlet lifts for the intake stroke? Even if its not 100% spot o..
