Help - Drivers Side Drivers Door Needed

Hi Guys, Due to running out of talent yesterday at Sandown I now need a replacement rear drivers door. I need ASAP as I am backing it up at Winton this weekend for the AOCA 6 Hour Relay. 4 Speed gearstick needed URGENT, - white thread

Club member has stripped and broken the thread on his 1600 4 speed and needs one asap, it has the white threaded collar not he blue or green. IIRC its 40mm anyone in Melbourne got one (I can swap it for a blue threaded 42mm if required), JR 0409091252..

Possible blown inlet manifold gasket?

Mk2 Escort Rear Window Electrical Connector

Where is the power connector for the rear window de-mister? I've found the earth cable in the drivers side C pillar, and simply unscrewed it, but is there a power connector hiding in the passenger side C pillar, and how do I get to it without pulling the window out? Thanks...
