I've taken off my head on the escort (1.6l) to inspect the leak between the head and block. I cannot see any damage to the head, gasket or block so I'm thinking maybe the head wasn't torqued down correctly or that the head is warped. I've gotten a quote done for a full reco @ $550 with unleaded seat..

When I go to adjust my idle mixture nothing happens no matter how far in or out I wind it nothing happens. I have wound it all the way out and pumped compressed air through and nothing is blocked. Has anyone else had this issue?..
