WANTED -RS2000 SEAT RAILS AND SEATS

I have started restoring 1980 4dr rs 2000Does anyone know where I might be able to get seat rails and possibly seats.Previous owner changed the set up and I want to get it back to original.Thanks Mark..

polyurethane vs rubber bushes

Im looking at putting new bushes in my mk2 escort , I have been told to stick with rubber bushes as poly ones can give the car very stiff and sensitive handling , and also be very noise , tho they last longer . I've also heard that rubber ones give a smoother ride and still last a reasonable time . ..

mirror mount

Just went to adjust my mirror and the thing came off the windscreen!! Got the glue and all that, just not sure which way up the mount goes?? From memory it goes on so the mirror slides on from the bottom; is that right??? Cheers Andrew..
