Anyone know the thread size for the block water plug in a pinto (the one on the exhaust side) Need to supply a fitting, can't remember the thread size Woz..

battery queries???

I want to move my battery into my boot and i have been thinking about just using 750amp jumper leads. will this work? also what is the biggest battery i can buy( power wise) that will still be able to be charged by the standard alternator?..

steering rack end bushing shot

does anybody know what goes on inside a mk1 escort steering rack? The bushing in the left end of the rack seems to be a bit poked, the oil is getting out into the rack boot and the rack is sloppy. makes a clonking noise when driving on bumpy road. does anybody know how to get the bushings out? ..

Hello all, I'm having awful trouble trying to find some door glass and quarter window glass for my mk2 2 door Escort. Does anybody know someone who can supply new glass, or un-scratched second handies. I looked at a few places in the UK but they wouldn't ship internationaly. Any help would be great ..
