ARP con rod bolts
as everyone who used these before knows, you have to use a stretch technique to install these, my instructions said a certain torque measurement (cant remember) to torque them too, then release, torque again, and release, torque 10ftlbs more.
so im just wondering as im swapping engines, are they ..
