Quick shift will not fit my 1600e gear box

I have purchased a "used" quick shift gear stick apparently off a ford mexico single rail 4speed box to fit it to my 1600e single rail 4 speed box and although the fork "looks" the same and the fixing screw thread is the same ,the fork just will not locate in to the sellector. I..

changing flanges on english diff

I have a 3.77 english diff with a small flange and wanted to upgrade to a 3.54 diff ( for better cruising etc) however the ones I have seen have the larger flange. Kaaz LSD for Hilux

Just looking at the Kaaz website to work out which unit I need for a Hilux diff. Does anybody know the model number (Danny M)? Does it make any difference if I use an RN25 vs RN4x series??? Prices within Australia seem stupid!!!..

Atlas

Do we have Atlas axles over here? So far I am going down the Hilux route as I assume an Atlas is a rare as hen's teeth. Thought I better ask the question before I shell out the hard earned......
