1.6 alternator wiring to 2lt alternator help?

Help needed!!! I am doing this conversion at the moment and know nothing about electrics. Anyway majority of the swap is done besides wiring for the alternator. On the 1600 it had 5 wires going into a plug which plugs into the alternator, but the pinto alternator only has 2 wires going to it??? Anyo..

Gday everyone im currently putting a pinto from my panel van into my mk2 4dr and am using the box from the pinto to everythings looking good except the radiator sits inside the fins on a pinto to make more room and has the bottom radiator panel cut out to fit the radiator where the 1600 car doesnt. ..
