Mk1 Escort Power to fuse box:

Can some one tell me please,from the battery, does the power to inside the cabin come through the fuse box only ? where the wiring loom plug comes from the cabin side to the engine bay, does the power only come from the cabin one way? thanks Jim..

ghia dash wiring

This has probably been covered alot but does running a non resistor type coil that has direct 12v affect the tacho wiring? I ran a wire to the negative side of the coil to the tacho spot on the dash and nothing happened..

Alternator help!

My alternator is overcharging, spiking to over 18v when the throttle is touched.As far as i can see there is no regulator fitted. Hi Guys, can anyone advise the difference in RS2000 clusters specifically with regards to the guages. I have seen different tacho's with some having either an rpm circle or x100 and equally there are some speedo's showing 200 vs 220. Any idea's?..
