Hi guys, Been trying to work out what this part is, i've lost one, and need to know what it is to replace it. Not having much luck with weber dealers. They are DCOE 13's 45's. I need the 'UFO' looking part, and the spring that goes under it. What is its use also? Any help would be great! h..

Yamaha R1 1000 Carbs

Well the Yamaha R1 1000 Carbs are fitted to the my 1600 MK 1 and now tuned. The little buzz bomb hoots along now Gotta say much better that the ole twin 40mm dellortos and more economical too. Stay in tune longer, lots longer Fitment was a lot easier than I thought it would be..

twin 40 dellortos. tuning help.

i put a pair of DHLA 40's on a few hours ago, stoked with it, power was amazing, literally TEARING up first gear and following second dry! BUT then after a bit more driving it starts running like a dog. this was coughing, spluttering, hesitating etc. not misfiring, and not back firing either end...
