Mk2 door lock change

Bent my door handle and don't have a key for the spare handle. Any body know how to change the lock barrel between door handles?..

what car are these hinges from?

ive bought these chromed hinges of ebay awhile back, they were listed as mk2 escort hinges, when i got them i was happy with them when i took them out of the box and left good feedback , didnt take much notice, left them in the box until i painted the bonnet, but when i tried to put them on they did..

Escort MkII suspension finish

Can anyone shed light on what finish the factory applied to suspension components, i.e. struts, sway bar and clamps, brake backing plates etc.? I can't tell whether it was originally gloss black that had faded over the years, or satin black. Thanks...

filling in outside trim holes

Whats the best way people have found to fill the holes left after removing the thin trim around the outside of the car? Hoping to keep the paint as is for now. If there is a way to do it and touch up the work........
