Exhaust tunnel.....

Just in the planning stages atm. Have recently bought a heap of mandrel bends for the exhaust when the new motor goes in. Has anyone got some pics/links/info on installing an exhaust tunnel to keep the exhaust tucked up as much as possible?? It'll be a 3" exhaust. What is the easiest way to go ..

Anybody know where to get one of these in Australia? Don't fancy taking the chance of freight damage from UK. When and where were these originally used? Also, the regs allow me to use a period roof vent. Anybody know of suppliers?..

Round Headlight Conversion for MK1

Hi guys, I want to convert my MK1 to Round headlight. Does anyone have a template of an infill panel . I was planning to trim out the old headlight panel and weld in a new panel that the headlight bowl can sit in. That way when I fit the grill it should all line up. Also do I need cortina or ..

MK1 round headlight conversion

I've seen those black plastic "inserts" around for changing the square headlight grille to round headlight. Easy enough. But where are the actual headlamps sourced from? Can you just buy some generic ones from repco?? What's the diameter of the round lamps? Thanks..
