Centre Vent Outlet Nxt to Front Window with 6x9's

With a Mk2 Escort. Trying to figure out what speaker I can fit in the Centre Vent Outlet Near the Front Window with a 6x9 Speaker. I measured the hole diameter and it's 200mm exactly. Whilst I look online, has anyone fitted a 6x9 speaker in this position with the standard holes? Cheers..

Mk2 interior into Mk1

Hi All, I vaguely remember seeing a Mk1 with a mk2 interior, has anyone here done this ? Any major dramas or is it just a mk2 van dash and dash panel that needs to be moved over ? Part of me also thinks that on some level this is kinda vandilism, although I like the idea Cheers, Mark..

Hi Guys, Can everyone post up pics of their front interiors as I am looking to change my front seats and wanted to get some ideas on what other cars people have used seats from? Because the escort is so narrow I don't want to get some seats and find they don't fit. Pics or notes on the mods..

Speakers in Escort?

Is there anyway of putting speakers in the front of an escort (mark II) without it looking like absolute crap? Any help would be appreciated, stuck for ideas ATM :(..

Seat belts

Did mk2 vans come out with inter-reel belts in them, as mine have been taken out of a Toyota something.And i want to get some safer ones, as i think they won't pass rego.Any ideas where i can get them in newcastle regards james..

For those that have had their interior done...

... is $1850 a good price to pay. thats broken down to: $350 per front seat $450 for the rear $165 per door card Quote is for black vinyl with orange stitching. The seats will also have orange vinyl bits to make them a bit funky. I will get around to getting some other quotes but picking ya'..

door trim removal

its been years since ive taken off a door trim, (never had the ones off on the new one) the plastic surround around the internal handle, does that click toward the front or rear of the car?? i reckon these have been glued in because i have swung off them in both directions..
