Just looking for suggestions what people are running for the rear on Mk1 with spring and strut setups.Having a quick skim through the forum it seems like the king springs are a popular choice.The car will be half street/ half race but not allot of either, if that makes sense.The front will be setup ..

Front Sway Bar - With Coil Overs

Hi All,Chasing some advice on front sway bar setups with coil overs.I was able to find some posts on the old forum site regarding sway bar sizes, but nothing with a coil over setup. ADJUSTABLE ROLLTOPS FOR MK 2 ESCORT

Hi All,I want to replace the adjustable roll tops on my Escort- getting worn out. It,s a fast road car and is using adjustable coil overs on the front so don't want the solid mount rally type. It's a 1980 RS so has the small mount hole and PCD , thinking they might be the same as the Mark1? Any info..
