In basic terms how does one calculate spring rate? I have some springs that are off a car and look like they may fit the bill on my Capri, but I wish to know a spring rate and to try and calculate the installed ride height if possible, any help would be fantastic. thanks..

Capri Hub Offset vs Escort 2ltr Hub Offset
