Ride height from measuring spring cups

Howdy peoples, I have a small issue with the Capri, I have no idea of it's actual ride height and the coils in the springs are so close that when going over mild bumps the coils bind and make a horrible banging noise ( I know this is true because I can see the coil bind marks on the springs) I have..

Steering Boss

TCAs....rose joint vs bush

Can the informed tell me why somebody would choose an adjustable TCA with a rose joint rather than one with the usual bush??? Is it that the rose joint is more predictable and provides better feel???..

mk1 rack to capri struts

hi im in the process of fitting my front end up and have noticed that when fitting a mk1 rack to capri struts that i need to wind out the rod ends almost to the ends to get the wheels straight ,anyone else had this and have you got a cure for it as it seems unsafe..

22mm Front Sway bar

Hi Guys, I want to get a 22mm front sway bar for my MKII and have seen a MKI Twin Cam bar for sale cheap. Am I better off getting an Adjustable K-Mac bar (or whiteline that uses the washers) or will the Twin Cam bar be suitable? I.e. will I get enough Caster out of it? Cheers, Matt..
