Removing the radio and amplifier surround

Hey Guys, I managed to get a standard amp for my car, so it's time to remove the aftermarket headunit and replace it with the standard radio and amplifier. I can see two screws at the top of the surround, does anyone know whether it's just a matter of taking these out and pulling out the black..
