Fuel Pump Cradle rubbers ...

What Oil?

Hey guys, Thought I'd change the oil in my car as I'm not exactly sure when it was last done. The Ford manual says 20W/50 for above -12 degrees celcius Obviously a bit warmer in Oz, so wondering if you guys still use something like this or something different? Full synthetic or not?..

I was thinking that I already have a list of parts that can be obtained locally and work very good in cosworths without spending a fortune on original items or shipping them from the UK. What I propose is we all supply a list of stuff that we have used and works OK, for example I have tried a Bosch ..
