Thinking of replacing mine and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the after market ones that are out there. Is the quality ok?

I have a new pair, they look OK except the sway bar bushes look a bit soft

Yeah I agree the new units we have used seemed very soft.

I hadnt thought about that. I was more curious about the quality of the casting. I suspect the originals might be better than the cheap and cheerful chinese stuff but I haven't figured out a way to service the ball joints. Can the originals be recond?

There was a mobile service that drilled into joints and injected resin used to cost about $50 each

Thanks. I have some QH bushes but there's no way they are going on (definately not too soft) so looks like I have to buy some new ones. Can you tell me what brand the soft ones are so I can avoid them?

I got mine from Ringwood auto parts. The tcas seem fine and they (RAP) are nice to deal with. The tcas come with 5year 100000kl warranty. RAP have a ebay store.

I found RAP on ebay but can get some QH ones from UK for around the same price so just trying to figure out which is better quality. Since the QH rubbers I have are so stiff they might be the go but thought I would see what you guys think.
