I was surfing through YouTube and found this short Amateur movie which was made in 1975:

"Amateur movie filmed on Super8. Melbourne 1975, a frustrated office worker escapes to the Australian bush unfortunately involved in a hit run accident. Acted and produced by Electronic Engineering students at Swinburne Institute of Technology, Ken King, Peter Kennedy and Geoff Rye."

I think you'll find there may be a more familiar star in this movie.

Bit weird.
Did anyone notice the bib stillwell ford sticker in the back window?
Also when he ran out of juice the petrol guage shown was from mk2 cortina and the door has a quarter vent.

LOL, the 70's!!!

Just like in Wolf Creek, set in the NT but all the cars had SA number plates.

Good to see he didn't dent the bonnet when he mowed down the other guy.

great bit of film. especially the Melbourne cbd shots. The quarter vent window. I am not sure but I think lc lj Toranas had the 1/4 vents that pivoted from the leading edge, but I could be wrong
