It looks like the booster has gone on old Betty. When I took her for a drive before Christmas the pedal was really hard and the revs go up and down when you press the brake. That means the booster is gone doesn't it? I checked the hose to the manifold and it looks ok. I guess I could replace that in the hope that its a simple fix.

Does anyone have a decent one floating about? Or would I be better off whipping it off and getting it reconditioned? I'd like to get it sorted soon so I can drive it down to SFS next month.
