Carbies from gap moto wreckers are around 200 jets initially drilled out to 155 to 180 start small work way up till suitable tune done... After initial prototype has been made will work out the cost an get back to you.. If all goes well probably gonna be around 150 to 200 with no carbies supplied

Thanks for the info mate. Do you have pics of manifold you've done before? Do you include water passage and vac take offs etc?

Can i ask why you've chosen to use the R6 carbs in particular?

R6 carbies ease of getting plus easy to tune and reliable and price offer same if not better grunt for buck in comparison to twin sidedrafts.. They have a 38 mm bore which measuring pinto head has a 37 mm intake with a slight clean up would offer a nice even flow... Will be modifying my own to run electronic dizzy.. But worst case is drill and tap section of intake and fit vacuum line... Water jacket will be blocked as pipes from carb to head are goin to be around 70 to 100mm long .. Won't be going into a large common chamber as standard manifold does.. No pics yet currently in process of building my own prototype and am away at work.. Once completed will post pics more info as I go along
