ok, confessions of a wheel whore.
 
I have an original set of rostyles, with centre caps, nuts and roadworthy tyres, which have been painted as original.
 
Plus a set of OEM 'minilight' ford rims, painted gold centres, again with roadworthy 13's.
 
And a set of 13" Bathurst Globes in original mint condition, again gold centres, with 205's Firestones.
All were purchased over 20 year period before I could afford my all time favourite, Performance superlight currently on the car.
 
The wheels are in storage at the moment, as I am between garages.
I had planned to move them on, but am unsure of fair prices at the moment.
 
I will see if I can dig up photos, then maybe those wiser than me can suggest what they are worth.

..........sounds good Deano, wouldn't mind a set for my GTV6 (inset), and so look forward to viewing your 3 or 4 sets to see which set I can justify spending the kids' inheritance on !!!!!...........lol!..............Bernie  :=)

I found a couple of photo's, unfortunately no good ones of the Globes, apart from side view in the trailer (205's).
As mentioned I wasn't planning to sell them yet, until I sorted the garage out and they are in storage currently like all of my garage. The photos don't really do justice, as they have 5 years of dust. Tyres look ok, and have been stored on the side, but if it was going onto your daily, the age is probably not good, even though theres plenty of tread as shown.
The Globes are the best though, and have never been polished, have original caps, and no gutter rash. Just depends on what look you want.
I'm still trying to find a MKII Escort to fulfill the current MLC, and thought i'd put one of these sets on it if something ever turned up.
If these suit anyone, PM me with what you want to offer.
Located in Geelong, and happy to supply nuts if you can wait till I get all of my gear back.
 
Or I can swap a set of your choice for a MkII,2Lt manual 2 door, preferably with rubber spoiler and Rallye pack.

i brought 2 from swap meet with brand new tyres 50 bucks  still need another 2 altho they are 14 inch not 13 so anybody who has 2 14 inch  id be interested

yup, part of me wants to keep the Rostyles incase I get the bug to go back to  full original in the future, just ignore the sunroof (idiot me), or do the uk thing and get them banded. Funny how if you keep a car for long enough it goes through lots of fads. I'm just glad I didn't colorcode everything, or do a white dash.
13X 8 and chromed on a Mk1 Escy with bubble arches floats my boat also.
 
Superlights make anything look decent though.
Any funds coming in from sale of additional wheels would bring the next project closer, and me additional points with my better half.

ok so the rostyles have gone pending pickup later this week. I grabbed some more photos of the ROH for rims, and Bathurst Globes as some members were interested.
