I managed to get some of the hoses for the ac done this weekend...the compressor to condensor hose, the condensor to reciever drier hose and the reciever drier to firewall hose. The reciever drier is now also mounted in its final position just needing a shield to shield it from rocks and whatever else that the tyre might throw at it

How do you go ordering Silicon hoses for your application or do you do the pipework to suit what's readily available?

Its just a case of hunting around...my hoses are a combination of 2wd Cossie,RS500 and Escort Cosworth. My old top hose with my old radiator was a Telstar hose

Do you have documentation giving sizes etc of hoses available or is it just a case of doing the hard yards and looking at other applications etc?

The UK hoses are matched up by looking at a lot of pics and a bit of a gamble, otherwise if you get on well with your local parts guy, he might let you go through all the radiator hoses that they stock, this is how I matched up the hoses for my old set up
