Hmmmmm i only have 50 odd mm Before bump and about 60 before axle tube to chassis rail contact .i can adjust the coilover to get more travel but theres no point i hit the rails [B)].

Me thinks ill be modifying the rails on the coupe.

yeah. I just figured youd be in the same boat as me suspension travel wise......mabe even worse as far as travel goes. Because your wheels have a even bigger rolling dia than mine. You need to basicly lower the car even further than me just to achieve the same body / chassis height.
In the end its not really going to mater what the body height is as long as ,like you said "it doesnt bottom out"

I haven't driven mine yet with the current setup and i guess im just curious as to weather im going to run into probs or not.
I had the shocks valved for the ride height and spring rates are pretty firm (200lb rear) so fingers crossed 50mm is enough Really dont want to lift her up LOL it looks to tuff.

hey when you check can you measure how far your sil Panel is off the ground. That will give me a good indication of your body height from the ground regardles of wheel size or shock travel.

After chasing this fabric for a few months now I finally have some lined up[:p] This pic is one set of inserts from a new set of seat trims removed to fit leather trim. We need another 2-3 sets of trims to strip down and we should have enough insert material when put with the suede to finish the interior off...if all goes to plan I should have the other trim sets on Wednesday

Hi Jordan,

I just checked the rear of the sill panel and its 200mm on the dot from the ground to the lowwest point of the lip.

Cheers,

Phil.

If only the big guy in red paid for it[:p] It's the last major component for the engine build, the solid lifters are with it as well so the engine build should get underway early in the new year...exciting times ahead

That sure is a nice looking crankshaft! I think I can make out some gold plating on there too! [:x)] The internals of your new engine Phil are going to look equally as horn as the rest of the car, shame they will be hidden away. The new year can't come quickly enough![:p]
