I have been planning a 'Where are they now' follow up story for a lot of the top end Classic Fords I have fetaured over the years. Many of the cars like your have gone on to bigger and better things, so a re-feature is not out of the question.

Now....regarding my car.....here's a pic of it I took a few minutes ago....where and when do you want it dropped off?

Actually Phil.....how about a few progress shots? One when you first got the car, one in the middle and one now?

Cheers,

I have collected Classic Ford since 2001 and have missed about 6 issues, June 2007 was one that I never purchased ! Gutted ! Will have to find out if I can order a back issue.

With the new paint job, i'm guessing the new colour isn't the same as the old stuff, so what have you done with the Lowndes and Seton signitures ? Did you paint over them or get another glovebox ?

Thoroughly enjoying this build !

Hi Jason,

I'll have to see what I can find as far as early pics go, digital camera's didn't exist back then!!

Hi Aaron,

Im glad your enjoying it I've still got the glovebox lid, I'll have to get another one signed in the right colour!!

Cheers,

Phil.

I might have a pic or 2 Phil.

I came across some digital pics of your Sigma a while back

I notice you borrowed my sticker theme in the above photos.
BRED IN BRITAIN...PERFECTED DOWNUNDER. Mine was RAISED IN GERMANY, LOWERED DOWNUNDER

Will have a search after I've finished moving house.

Trust me, Sigmas can be cool ! Just think 2.6L + Boost + RWD.. all in something you would never suspect [(#)]

The lure of the Cosworth Engine stopped the boost part of the Sigma equation. It was always the intention to whack a hairdryer on...even the plates were turbo ready,GSR26T Sigma's are actually quite a good package if you get one thats been looked after. The only drama's they ever had was owners not servicing them properly and that led to their bad reputation[;^)] The engines are jam packed with good steel cranks, steel rods and heads in the late cars and they just need a set of forgies for some boost to liven them up
