Story so far, turn the car left then straighten up and it pulls left turn right and straighten up and pulls right.

I've fitted lovells super lows and a eurospeed adjustable top mount adjusted to max castor. All balls joints and bushes are good.

Any ideas? My thinking is the upper rose joint in the top mount is not "free" enough to self correct and the spring compression after turn is biasing the steering the way it was previously turned unless you over correct it.

Does the car pull left or simply the steering wheel is off centre?

If so check the rack mounts.

Check the welds on the rack mounts to the crossmember.

If you had standard spring tops with the lowered springs I would say 100 % that the coils are rotating in their seats then "pulling" the steering until they reseat, but that should not be ( ??) an issue with tops with a bearing....  You only get that sot of problem with lowered springs that are not firmly "held" in their seats.... I use HD hose clamps to keep mine in place and have and no issues since.
