Hi All

Picked up a crossflow 681F 6015DA. Has a twin choke weber (italian) on original FoMoCo manifold.
From what I can find out this means mk2 tina engine, but anyone know what the DA is for? meant to have had a bit of work done to it so im wondering whether it could be a GT lump?
Any help appreciated

If its a GT engine the engine number will start with CN.  The standard one will start with CM.

As for the cast number, 681F is an early 1600.  The only difference between the GT engine and the standard engine internally is the camshaft.  They both ran chambered heads and identical valve sizes etc.

Cheers
Woz
