Took in the RS2000 Dash I got to get sorted and turned out the Voltage Reg was gone and had blown the Fuel & Temp Gauges.

$200 later and a new voltage reg was in and all sorted.  I also had them fix the tacho from my old dash and put that into the RS2000 one.  It needed a new needle too.

I have also painted the other needles flouro red to match.

Cheers

I installed the RS Dash today and as it doesn't have a oil pressure warning light I dodged one up.

Everything working properly and just waiting on a block fitting so i can hook up the Oil Pressure Line, Oil Temp Gauge and Oil Pressure Switch.

I went to pick a part the other week and took a heap of thermo fan switches.  I now have 85, 91 & 97 deg switches and they all screw into the hole in the thermostat housing.

They came off lasers as well as a few sigmas.

The little rubber boot on it looks pretty standard.

I have no plans to do the them fan for a while but was just keen to see if the switch actually fit.

Cheers,

Matt

At this stage I am aiming for the MSCA round in Phillip Island on the 21st July.

I have now found out one of my Koni Shocks is rooted.  It'll be $250 to get it repaired but I am also thinking of getting a set of the GAZ complete coilover setups that are adjustable for bump & rebound and just selling my current set up as is.

I am undecided so will make a few calls and work out some costs.

Cheers,

Yeah, I have spoken to a few people who are using them and the feedback has been great.  I have been in contact with GAZ direct in the UK and they are very helpful indeed.

Get some pics up of yours when they arrive.

Cheers,

Matt
