I thought of that too.  How much stress are the pins under so I know how far to take them before I weaken them?

i can wriggle my pins they only stop the pad floating around.. just use a flat file and take a small bit off.. mine just miss

Goodo, This is my preferred option as I would rather not have any "wiggle room" on my calipers.

Quick update,
 
I ordered braided lines & brake pads today so should be here by weeks end.
 
I got QFM A1RM's front and rear so should be interesting to see how they go.

Pads turned up today.   Braided lines should be here any day.

The braided lines turned up and look good.
 
I pulled out the front suspension this weekend and will hopefully get a chance to put the new set up in over the coming week.

One thing that is a bit annoying is that the dust rubbers on the TCA's have both perished & split.  I have only had them installed for a couple of months.
 
I have let the seller know and we'll see what happens.  You can get replacement ones on eBay for pretty cheap worst case scenario.

mine did the exact same thing after about a month of driving everyday

I ordered some replacement boots today. So that should sort it out hopefully.

Only about $10 for 4.

I installed the strut tops today.
 
Just waiting on new "Green" Tie Rods and the replacement dust boots for the TCA's and I can thow it all back together.
 
Is there a good place to go to get a proper wheel alignment done in the eastern suburbs of Melb?
