My V6 sits around a lot of the time.
I have just pulled the motor down, the water pump is corroded, the thermostat housing & valley cover.Does any body know of a coolant that does not corrode e.g, causing electrolisis on alloy?
I have been told that soluble oil will not cause corrosion but can cause damage to water pump-any help please.
