Work out the area of the caliper cylinders and compare. If they are both twin piston then there is a chance the factory master cylinder will be ok. Both need to be about the same area. If the new brakes have more area then the pedal will go further down and have more leverage, if less area then the pedal will be higher with less leverage. If the cylinders are similar area then I would just put it all together and see how you like it.
