Hi Guys
My strut saga continues.  After destroying 1 strut trying to get the inserts out (remember that old post) I got some new struts and went to fit the Monroe 24-0915 inserts and they are about 8mm short.  I assume there is meant to be a bump stop or packer at the bottom of the strut.  Does anyone know what it should be and where to get one?  (maybe this is why they epoxy'd the old struts in )
Thanks
Steve

There is usually spacers supplied with the inserts.  Check the bags that came with the shocks

I had this issue and just got some spacers from Pedders.  Just take the strut and the shock in.

The spacers have a dished top to accept the base of the shock.
