and the power steering now grated into the original column




as u can see - the whole assembly bolts up to the original mounting points. I dont have any other pics at the mo but the unit fits up under the dash nicely - the motor actually feeds thru one of the original arpetures on the pedal box - although i had to do some judicious mods to the box to the feed it in...

so now ive delted the fan (in favor of a 16inch spal), the water pump ( in favor of a craig davis electric unt and associated driver) and the power steering. I only have the alternator left (but will eventually put air cond in.

if u want any of the mechanical components to the injection system - ill post them to u PJ - i dont need them ...

finaly finishing the electric power steering - the ecu mounts niceley up under the dash, as does the other hardware. The modified column is bolted up and clears everything - execpt 1 x plastic trim, which ill modify. The resistance of the power steering is adjustable via a knob on the dash. I bench tested it and appears to work fine
