What sensors does a std cosworth motor have? Do they have a Crank angle sensor is what im mostly looking for, if not has anyone run an idividual coil set up?

Crank Sensor
Phase Sensor
Engine Coolant Temp Sensor
Inlet Air Temp Sensor
Throttle Position Sensor

As Phil advised.......adding to the coil "Query"....One coil per cylinder we use...You need both the crank and phase sensor so the ECU knows which is No.1 cylinder...

so how would you go about setting up a cossy motor to run of individual coils do you still need to run the dizzy?

Hi Matty,

You need a tdcc no1 reference to run sequential injection and ignition, this is provided by the phase sensor in a cossie but can also be triggered by the cam shaft.
