Hi guys,

I have a Ford Escort MkII bodyshell for sale (if the price is right).

As you can see from the photos, the shell is straight. It has some rust patches in the usual places on an Escort, but the panels are generally straight and it would be quite an easy fix for a panel beater.

The car has been stored under a carport since I obtained it about 15 years ago and has never been driven in that time. It comes without an engine or gearbox, but is a rolling shell.

Although it has a 2-litre boot fitted, the car was either a 1300 or 1600, and has the normal in-boot fuel tank.

You can view photos of the car via the link below:

The car is located in Wangaratta, north east Victoria. Make me an offer.

Regards
Peter Whitten

That's a absolute diamond of a shell.....

....as they would say over in the UK.

Yes, it's in pretty good nick for the age and the time since it's been on the road.

I'd keep it myself, except I have purchased another shell which already has forest arches on it, so has saved me part of the build process

I'm not sure off the top of my head, but I'll find out today and get back to you.

Hi Fordsy,

Sorry for the delay. Yes, the shell does have both ID tags, and it was made in 3/76.

I can send you photos if needed.

Cheers
Peter
