How do you keep it in place,around the doors? it looks like something is missing with mine.Can anyone help me.

you can just use some carpet (contact) adhesive as a quick fix. It comes in a small tin, caramel colour, lots of fumes! Paste some on the underside of the carpet and some on the floor. Keep the surfaces apart for 5-10 mins then stick it down
