I have a mk1 capri that is slowly being modified beyond the normal rego rules, eg brakes, raceseat etc and cage coming soon..

probably a dumb question, but can a track car be registered in SA under the DRC rules or does it actually have to be a rallycar?

also does anyone know how much it costs to register as transport sa site is not very friendly?

I would only be looking to drive on the road to get to repair places or a 'test run' the day before an event to put fuel in and check everything else is ok.
