oil for v6 engine

what brand of oil and what grade of oil would be recommended
for a mild v6.
motor is 30 oversize ,d port heads ,balanced, high pressure oil pump

Penrite HPR30. Not the mix, just straight 30. The old Essex loves this oil. I also put a squirt of Moreys engine oil additive in as well.
