whoops - pics are upside down etc and not crisp but - weve probably been here before but the engine code is D, trans Y and the number begins ck14 - but it also has capri v/6 on the tag. the shell is a 4 cyl -

The V/6 on the tag might be a mistake given everything else points to a 1600, but it may be worth getting a letter from Ford out of interest.

The model code looks like 11%14, which would be a Deluxe spec 1600 single barrel carby 1V, trans Auto.
Not uncommon to see V6 running gear transplanted into 4cyl shells.
 
A V6 would have a Model code of 11%18, where % is the last digit of the production year of vehicle. e.g. 1971 = '1'
