New Citroen C3. The wheels look like a modern take on the rostyle.(Or is it just me ha ha).
Image wheels rostyle. 15 inch and up, its a beautiful wheel although expensive.

I may consider those nice looking wheels if PCD & offset is same, which I much doubt would be fluked !
...............Well noticed Ron!
Knowing new cars as I do, preferring any of my pre 1988 cars & 4WD over most(99%) new cars is a no brainer.
As a mechanic for over 40 years, my first choice of common large cars & 4WD would be Toyota, and tiny cars would be Hyundai Getz.........if I really had to choose.    With 19 pre 1988 cars that have never even blown a fuse............I'm blessed and do not have to choose.

I priced the Image wheels as I really like them, but, wow, the landed price over here is 1630 UK pounds, just shy of $3000

I'm with whooligan on this one, Rostyles for an Escort or Capri, and that's it.

And minilights never look good on a Holden for some reason.

Speaking of which, does anyone know who in Aus can do banding?
I am cutting back a set of rims to another forum member, and I'm tempted to get a set of rostyles stretched out a bit, then chromed possibly.

Popular in the UK, but not as much here?

Careful with banding for a road car as VSB 14 under non standard tyres and rims states, "Rims must not have a full circumferential weld, other than one that attaches the rim to the wheel centre."

Not sure if your state uses the same regulations otherwise you would need to buy a new wider rim and weld the original centre in it.

thanks Blue, good point.
I'm in Vic, so it would probably apply.
I might just keep a look out for an aftermarket rim for the capri that's more legit, ideally a set of 'wider 15's.
