hey everyone, i know youve probably heard this a thousand times and ive read many posts saying it has been asked , but i just cant seem to find the information , i'd just really like to know the straight up details of swapping my 1.6L in my 1976 4 door ghia for a 2.0L pinto engine or just point in the right direction to help sort through the confusing search of threads , all replies be much appreciated!

Hey bud, doing it myself atm, rad support needs to be cut so radiator sits lower, you can buy the panel from burtons or ask around local, the top slam panel needs to be trimmed back, exhaust is different side, alternator wiring needs to be changed to otherside and re run fuel hose to the oposite side for carby, i believe the clutch fork needs to be spaced out yesterford sell them!! Your best bet is to get a complete 2 litre running donnor car for all the bits, throttle cable, clutch, speedo cables, radiator hosez ect motor and gear box, ive got a 2 litre spare if your chasing one??cheers brad
