I recently purchased an Anglia for spares for my car but got two as part of the deal, this car is not much good to me other than stripping it for little spares so offering for sale before it gets to that.
Very rusty - restoration not for the faint hearted or under-skilled. Most likely only useful for parts if you're not handy with a welder. Rust in most panels and evident in some parts of chassis. I have not given it a thorough inspection, though inspections are welcome.
I am unsure of the year, I believe its a 1200cc but cannot confirm.
I have had it running but I think the fuel pump is cactus as it needs to be fed fuel and the diaphragm in carb is also needing replacement as it leaks.
Brakes and Clutch pedals go to the floor.
Previous owner stated vehicle originally came from NSW. I have no SA paperwork and don't believe it has ever been registered in SA.
Currently has complete diff fitted which I would like to keep for my other Anglia - I will supply car with Anglia housing and some rusty spare axles to keep it rolling. I will also be keeping the wheels and hub caps. I have another set of wheels the same minus hubcaps to go on the car.
I'd prefer to see this not parted out and sent scrap under my ownership so I will offer on here. Please only enquire if serious.
