I think Industrial Springs are closing down.

I think the general feeling about RallyDesign is that their stuff is cheaper in quality.

Yeah, and I found them to be very export unfriendly. There's a thread I started about that you might wish to read if you are considering buying from them..

Another few months have passed and things seem to be slowing down.
It's been a tough couple weeks sending three cross members back to the UK because they weren't welded properly and now the brakes aren't fitting up!

I think the issue is I had 1.6L struts originally then upgraded to 2L struts. I can't imagine that these struts are wrong as well as the cross member!

Any suggestions? I'm thinking I'll just get the discs machined down a few mm to make up the clearance.

You say 2L struts, aren't they Capri struts?
Are the pistons all the way back into the caliper, Try pushing them back with a G clamp if your not sure.

Sorry, I had 2L struts in and then converted over to coilovers. It's not that the pads are touching in terms of thickness it's actual diameter of the disc.

It's kinda hard to see but on the second image the disc is actually touching the pins holding the brake pads in.

They're Capri struts as the original Aus 2.0L struts did not have bolt on steering arms.

I think this gives you a good reason to go venteds of some type..... And 4 pot calipers !
If you can lightly lathe the diameter of those rotors by all of 1mm will stop the pins from scraping ..

Oh really? Are you around Fullarton?
I ended up using Capri discs that are 2mm less in diameter and the offset is 0.5/1mm different. Still bolts up fine!
Now to work out why it won't start and take it for a drive!
