I have been dealing with a capri enthusiast who is fortunate enough to have access to the machines needed to press mild steel.  So far he has reproduced the
-V6 Air Deflector / Inspection cover plate that goes just in front of the radiator 
-Gearbox Clutch Inspection Cover Plate
-Triangular Gusset Strengthening plates for the V6 (go between the firewall and Inner guard)
 
You cannot pick these from genuine they are that good.  Prices ae pretty good too as I have never known these to be available, PM me and I'll link you in with the supplier

Thanks Gtv6. The credit for these fine reproductions must go to my father. I've simply thrown challenges at him during my rebuild to re manufacture hard to get v6 parts and he has responded by putting in countless hours making moulds to enable these parts to be re produced. The quality is first rate as you can see by the photos. The panels will be for sale in the near future via eBay or gumtree (haven't finalised this yet as this is not a business).

All prices are for etch primed items and obviously doesn't include postage.

These are home made by my father with particular attention to detail re factory correct size, shape etc. As you can imagine hundreds of man hours have gone into making the press dies including plenty of trial and error. Some stock exists for each part so quick turnaround can be provided.
