2.  With his extensive knowledge of capris he has never bothered to give any of his time to share his knowledge and help out on this forum.
With the comments made at times by the odd few since I have been on this forum I wouldn't either if I were him.

My experience with the Capri Clinic has always been positive and Kevin has never hesitated to stop and have a yarn and offer lots of his extensive knowledge. Weather he ripped you off  or donated to the fire victims I have no idea but in my dealings with him he has always been helpful

Well, I been moved to comment....
Ok, Kevin has had a bad run, and has asked for help from his business customers and Capri community.  S**t happens - he's not the first and won't be the last.

So, If you would like to help, you can donate direct or bring forward that buying order for his business.
If you don't want to help, that's fine too.

I think we've all heard enough of this discussion here  (I'm in agreement with hotboostgt). The way forward (for those interested) has been clearly stated.

Time to move on.
Might be time to for the forum moderators to truncate this discussion thread.

Yes, this has gone down hill since yesterday...please keep to the original point of the thread guys, if you dont wish to assist or have a bad experience to share, best not make it known in this thread. If the bad experience stories werent fit for posting prior to this person's disaster, they really arent fit for posting in response to the disaster.

FOR STARTERS, I HAVE 20 spare A61 CAPRI AIR FILTER ELEMENTS AT MY WORKSHOP IN SEAFORD, MELB 3198
They are no longer available from Repco or Ryco. Rather than make a "price in concrete" for them, maybe you could all suggest a fair price to "set", and I send 100% of the money to Kevin: a 100% gift at my end.
What do you think ? feel free to suggest a better way. I'd also be happy to deposit proceeds in front of each buyer when they pickup from my workshop, direct in to Kevs account on my PC so there's no question he gets all the money.

Thanks whooligan,
I'm afraid you're right. Maybe someone who knows Kevin can ask him how many he would like in case he has clients with Original AF Housings and can use any, and I'd be happy to mail them to him, as they fit ALL Capri
Mk I regardless of engine size.
Tell Kev I also have HOSES, DISC PADS, UNI JOINTS, INNER TUBES, FAN BELTS, DIZZY CAPS, POINTS, ALL FILTERS (exc V6) for all Capris, all Escorts and all Cortinas, regardless of engine size as the Escorts and Cortinas varied quite a bit from memory. He can have any part number/s he wants with my compliments.
Just a few words to the wiser:if you cant say anything nice about someone:SAY NOTHING (LIFE'S TOO SHORT)
.........WHICH ONE OF US CAN STAND UP AND PROPORT PERFECTION & PIETY TO ANOTHER HUMAN WHO HAS LOST SO MUCH IN LOSING HIS "CASTLE" AND ALL HIS POSESSIONS AND MEMORIES to AN INSIDIOUS FIRE ?
............not me for one.

GTV6
I just picked up a standard air filter housing, swapped a boot trim piece for it.  Ryco web site still lists the A61 and they are available online for $22.  Plenty of options in the UK as well.
